Arendal's glass elevator, opened in 2021, takes you from the city tunnel up to Fløyheia in seconds. The ride starts 50 metres inside the mountain, then the elevator emerges into a 20-metre glass shaft with panoramic views over Galtesund, Hisøy, Tromøy, and the southern coastline.
