Valdres Golf is a 9-hole course sitting right on the banks of Aurdalsfjorden in Aurdal. It's about 12 kilometres from Fagernes. What makes this course special is that two of the holes are actually played on an island in the lake.
The fairways here are supposedly among the best in eastern Norway. Be aware that the course is closed during winter months, so plan accordingly.
