Baggehola (Bagge's Cave) is a small cave in a dramatic location, perched almost on the edge of the deep Ulvegjølet gorge above Nordfjord. The cave is easily found when driving along the Panorama Road (Rv 613) on Nordsida, the northern side of the fjord.

According to legend, a notorious killer named Helje Bagge used this cave as his hideout in the 16th century. The cave and the surrounding gorge give a sense of how remote and lawless parts of western Norway once were; a man could hide indefinitely in terrain like this.

Today Baggehola is part of a 2.5-kilometre cultural trail through gentle woodland in Ulvedal, with a moderate uphill climb to reach the cave itself. The gorge views alone make the short walk worthwhile.
