Steinsfjellet is a 225-metre hill just east of Haugesund with a 360-degree view over the entire Haugalandet region. On a clear day you can see Karmøy, the North Sea, and the mountains to the east. There is a large telecommunications antenna at the summit, so you will not have trouble finding it.
You can drive most of the way up. From the parking area it is a short walk to the top. The view is the attraction here, nothing else. On an overcast day there is no reason to go.
It is a good option if you have a spare half hour and the weather cooperates.
