Ramberg is a white sand beach on Flakstadøya, right along the E10. The village of Ramberg is the administrative centre of Flakstad municipality, which means it has a few shops and services that most Lofoten villages lack.
The beach curves gently and faces west, making it one of the better spots for watching the midnight sun in summer. The sand is fine and pale, the water is turquoise in good light, and the mountains behind complete the classic Lofoten backdrop. Like most beaches here, swimming is possible but the water hovers around 12 degrees even in high summer.
