Dølmotunet is a farmstead from the 1850s that has been turned into a living museum. Part of the North Østerdalen Museums collection, it sits in Tolga and gives visitors a hands-on look at how farming families in this valley lived and worked. The staff offer guided tours through the buildings and grounds, explaining the daily routines, seasonal rhythms and traditions that shaped life in Østerdalen for centuries. During summer, the museum runs activities for visitors of all ages.
