Hadselbrua opened in 1978 and crosses Langøysundet between Langøya and Børøya near Stokmarknes. At 1,011 metres it is the longest bridge in Vesterålen, with 27 spans and 30 metres of clearance. It is one of four major bridges built in the 1970s that connected the Vesterålen islands by road for the first time.
