Brosmetinden is a 525-metre peak on the outer coast of Kvaløya and one of the most popular hikes in the Tromsø area. The view from the top covers open ocean, islands, fjords, and mountain peaks in every direction. On clear days it is one of the best panoramas near the city.
The hike takes 3 to 4 hours round trip. The trail is well marked but steep in sections, with some exposed terrain near the summit. It starts from a car park on the road between Kaldfjorden and Grøtfjord on Kvaløya, about 25 minutes' drive from Tromsø.
